The Challenge:
The project had to be executed at the complex metro construction site in the jam packed Delhi region. Also the work pace had to be coordinated with the work pace of Delhi Metro.
Solution:
The Project in Delhi was executed by an Assistant Project Manager with engineers and technicians. They completed the Installation and Testing of TETRA Radios followed by Acceptance Tests.
