In the Electronic Product Delivery division, whether at Timna or at True Blue,  we are investing time, effort and personnel resources to promote and provide education and training for Unified Communication Solutioning.  Our dedicated Product Managers are available to provide the latest information and answer the myriad of questions to empower our clients with the right knowledge base necessary to provide the educated decisions on implementing Unified Communication across the institution.  Being ubiquitous to the UC platforms, we have partnered with such technology giants as Microsoft, Avaya, IBM and Cisco in order to immerse them with us in providing an end-to-end solution from concept to commissioning for any and all institutional UC deployments.

Our Engineering services at Timna and at Mack Telecom utilize the latest industry standards in project management.  With the development of our own project tracking and management tool, Maxis™,  we are able to track our activities real time in order to ensure the execution of our projects are done completely and comprehensively.  In the fields of radio and instrumentations, we have partnered with leaders such as Minimax, Tait, Motorola and Selex.  In India we are the only level-3 service center for Motorola radios.
